Gofile has no DMCA email address. Its Abuse Policy sends every report, copyright notices included, to the Report abuse button on the file's own page, or to the contact form at gofile.io/contact with the subject Report abuse. Gofile is a file host. Leak "packs" are uploaded there, and the link, in the form gofile.io/d/…, is posted on forums, Telegram channels and leak sites. That means there are two things to remove: the file on Gofile, and every page that shares the link. Gofile can only act on the first. Its policy says it cannot remove links or content on third-party websites, even when they point to Gofile.

Use the Report abuse button

Gofile's contact page calls the Report abuse button on the content's own page the fastest route, because it attaches the file automatically. If you cannot use the button, use the contact form and choose "Report abuse". Reports can be anonymous, but leaving a contact address lets Gofile tell you the outcome.

What to put in the report

  • the full Gofile link for each file or folder,
  • what the content is and where your original is published,
  • for a copyright notice, the elements Gofile's policy points to under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): identification of your work, a statement that you own it or act for the owner, a good-faith statement, a statement that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury, and your signature,
  • for intimate images shared without consent, say so plainly. Gofile's Abuse Policy covers harassment and illegal content as well as copyright.

Report the page that shared the link
