Archivebate takes copyright reports through the form its DMCA page links to, at archivebate.com/dmca/process. Its system automatically denies any request that breaks its format rules: list only links in the form https://archivebate.com/watch/ plus the video number, keep each request to one performer, and leave out profile links, image links and messages. At the same time, ask Google to drop the pages from search.
What Archivebate is
Archivebate stores recordings of public cam shows and lists them by room name and date. Its own About page quotes reviewers who point out that the "bate" in the name is a nod to Chaturbate, one of the sites it records from. Bots join public broadcasts and record them, so new copies can appear after every show. Our Chaturbate leak detection guide covers how to find them across all the archive sites, not only this one.
Who can send the report
Archivebate's report is a copyright report. Independent performers who produce and broadcast their own shows generally hold the rights to them and can report directly or through an agent. If you broadcast from a studio, your contract decides who owns the recordings; the report has to come from that owner or someone they authorise. The form itself asks you to choose between "I'm the copyright owner" and "I'm an authorized agent acting on behalf of the owner".
If a recording shows you but you never agreed to it being made or shared, intimate-image routes may fit better than copyright. Our survivor guide covers them.
The rules that get a request denied
The form opens with a warning that requests will be "automatically denied by our automated system" in these cases:
- a message written in the content URL list
- a profile URL anywhere in the request
- an image URL in the request
- links for more than one model in a single request
It also asks you to "strictly adhere" to the link format https://archivebate.com/watch/[video_id], and says any request that deviates from it will be denied. In practice: one link per line, every line a /watch/ link, nothing else in that box.
Collect the right links
Open each recording of your show on Archivebate and copy the address from the browser bar. It should end in /watch/ and a number. Skip the room or performer page that lists them, and skip thumbnail or preview image addresses; those are exactly what the form rejects. Check each date against your broadcast schedule and only list the shows you can match to your own.
Keep a simple list with the link, the show date, and the date you reported it. You will need it to follow up, and to send the same links to Google and to Archivebate's host if the site does not act.
Fill in the form
After you tick the box confirming you have read the rules, the form asks for:
- the copyright owner's full name, email, phone number and address
- whether you are the owner or an authorised agent
- an "Original Content URL": a link that shows where the work is yours, such as your room page on the cam site
- the "Copyright Content URL List": your
/watch/links, one per line - an optional message, two sworn good-faith statements, a digital signature and the date
The form says it keeps your information private, but you are still giving an archive site your name, address and phone number. If you would rather not, an authorised agent can file with their details instead.
If any recording shows someone who is or looks under 18, do not download it or send it anywhere. Report it to NCMEC's CyberTipline instead.
Take the pages out of Google at the same time
Most people find these recordings by searching your room name. Submit every /watch/ page to Google's copyright removal request; once Google drops them, those searches stop leading there, even before the site acts. Our Google removal guide shows the form.
If Archivebate does not act
When we checked in October 2026, Archivebate was served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare does not remove files itself, but it forwards copyright complaints to the site's real host and can tell you who that host is, so you can report there next. Infrastructure changes, so check the current provider before you escalate. Keep the dates from your list: a record of what you sent and when is what a host or lawyer will ask for.
Expect new copies
A report clears the recordings that exist today. Archive bots record public shows as they happen, so search your room name with "archivebate" after you broadcast, or on a fixed schedule, and report new links while there are still few of them. A small, persistent room-name overlay on screen makes every recording traceable to you and makes ownership easier to show.
How takedowns handles Archivebate
When your case includes your cam room, our search adds the cam archive sites, Archivebate among them, to the name search it already runs. Pages that only link to your live room are filtered out, and your own room is never treated as a leak. Recordings we find are listed in your case with their own links. Archivebate accepts reports only through its form, so a person on our team files it by hand under its rules, one performer per request and /watch/ links only, and the pages go to Google for removal. Scheduled searches, weekly on Standard and daily on Pro, look for new copies under your room name.
Frequently asked questions
Does Archivebate have a DMCA email?
Its DMCA page sends copyright reports to a form at archivebate.com/dmca/process ("Send us a DMCA report"). The email on its Support page is a general support address, not the route its DMCA page gives.
Why was my Archivebate report denied?
Its form says the system automatically denies a request that includes a profile URL, an image URL, a message in the URL list, links for more than one model, or any link that is not in the form https://archivebate.com/watch/ followed by the video number.
Can someone report for me?
Yes. The form asks whether you are the copyright owner or "an authorized agent acting on behalf of the owner", so a service or lawyer you authorise can file it.
Can I report all my recordings at once?
Yes, if they are all of you. List every /watch/ link for your shows in one request. Recordings of another performer, even in the same show, need a separate request.
