Remove explicit or intimate images from Google Search, request duplicate protection, track the decision, and choose the right next step if the source page is still live.

Transcript

An explicit image of you is showing up in Google Search. Here is the quickest way to get it out, and what to do so it stays out. Start from the result you found in Google, and use Google's removal request. Choose the policy for intimate images shared without consent.

You send the link to the result. You never have to upload the image. While you are there, ask for duplicate protection. Google can block copies of the same image, and can keep explicit results about you out of future searches.

One request can cover several links. Track the decision in Results about you. Remember that de-listing hides the result from Google; it does not delete the page. So send a takedown to the site at the same time, and re-check once the page is gone.

If you would rather not chase every result yourself, takedowns does both halves: we file with Google and Bing and confirm when the result is gone, and we send the notices to the host and escalate when they stall. Your dashboard shows the day we filed, and the day it left. Start with a free check on your name at takedowns dot vesamuni dot com. The full guide is linked below.
